Privacy policy
In short: this website doesn't track you or keep your data in any database. I only receive what you send me through the form, on WhatsApp or by email, and I use it to reply.

What data I receive
If you send the form, your answers reach me by email: your name, your email or phone number, and what you tell me about your business. The website doesn't store them anywhere else.
If you choose “I'd rather use WhatsApp”, the form only prepares the message and opens it in your WhatsApp; you send it yourself, if you want to.
What I use it for
- To reply and prepare a proposal for you.
- If you hire me, to do the work, invoice it and give you support.
I don't use it to send you advertising and I don't sell it to anyone.
Legal basis
Your consent when you write to me and, if we reach an agreement, the performance of the contract. Invoicing is based on legal and tax obligations.
How long I keep it
While we're talking or working together. After that, only what the law requires, such as invoices, for the legal periods.
Who else sees it
No one, except the services that make the communication work:
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you write to me there.
- Google (Gmail), where I receive email.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website, delivers the form to my inbox and may log technical data about visits, such as your IP address, for security.
Some of these services may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Cookies
This website doesn't set analytics or advertising cookies, and the fonts are served from the website itself, without connecting to third parties. That's why you won't see a cookie banner.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Email me at hola@bespokestudio.es.
If you think I haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
The Spanish version of this policy is the binding one.
